Privacy policy
What we collect
Browsing BestAIWear requires no account and we ask for nothing. There is no login and no user database. We set no cookies of our own, we do not use local storage to identify you between visits, and there is no advertising script on any page. Nothing here follows you to other websites.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages get read and how quickly they load. Both are cookieless.
Between them they record the page you viewed, the site that referred you, coarse details about your device — browser, operating system, device type, screen size and country — and, for Speed Insights, how long the page took to render. That is the whole list. No name, no email address, no advertising identifier, and no profile that persists across visits or across sites. The figures are aggregated, and we use them to decide what to write next and what to make faster.
This data is processed by Vercel, who also host the site; their privacy policy governs it. If you block analytics scripts, every page still works exactly as it should — nothing on this site depends on them.
What our host records
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as part of serving and protecting the site. These are used for security and aggregate traffic counts only, are not joined to any other data, and are retained under the provider's own policy. We do not export or sell them.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads and Google receives your IP address. Nothing else is shared, and no cookie is set by that request. If you would rather not make that request at all, the fonts can be self-hosted — see the note in our repository.
Affiliate links
Links to retailers are affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer may set its own cookie to attribute a later purchase to us. That cookie is the retailer's, governed by the retailer's privacy policy, and it tells us nothing about you as an individual — we see only aggregate commission reports. Newsletter
If you submit your email address to the newsletter form, we use it for one thing: sending the newsletter. We do not sell or rent the list, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link. Ask us to delete your address and we will, without asking why.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or a jurisdiction with comparable rules, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing. Because we hold almost nothing, most such requests are answered in a sentence. Email hello@bestaiwear.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and describe what changed.
Terms of use
What this site is
BestAIWear publishes comparisons and opinions about consumer hardware. Specifications, prices and availability change constantly and are reproduced here in good faith — always confirm the details with the retailer before you buy. Prices are shown in USD, exclude tax and shipping, and are correct only as of the date given on the page.
Product imagery
The product images on this site are AI-generated illustrative renders, not photographs of the retail products. They are intended to indicate the general form of each device and nothing more. Colours, finishes, proportions, branding and the placement of cameras, buttons and other hardware may differ from the product you would actually receive. Do not rely on them when deciding what to buy — check the manufacturer's or retailer's own photographs before ordering. We will replace them with real photography as it becomes available.
No warranty
The content is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Specifications are reproduced from manufacturers' published figures and have not been independently verified by us; any picks are editorial opinions, not statements of fact. Nothing here is professional, medical or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from a purchase decision made on the basis of this site.

We link to retailers and manufacturers we do not control. Following a link takes you to a site with its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its content or conduct.

Original text, compilations and page design on this site belong to BestAIWear. You may quote us with attribution and a link; please do not republish pages wholesale. Product names, brand names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer named on this site.
